Proposal of Membership Drive
Basic Shiksha Academy –
Reforming Minds (BSARM) is a nationally recognized NGO dedicated to
transforming lives through accessible education, youth empowerment, and social
development. As we expand our impact across India, we are inviting passionate
individuals to become official members of our organization and join hands in
creating a better, educated tomorrow.
Objective
of Membership Drive
This initiative aims to bring
together socially responsible individuals who are willing to:
- Actively participate in social work
- Promote the mission and vision of BSARM on social media
- Assist in fundraising and outreach campaigns
- Support in-ground efforts for education and community welfare

*Note: Membership fees are one-time for membership validity of 3 year and refundable upon cancellation request within first 4 month from the date of enrollment.
Member
Responsibilities
All members, irrespective of
their category, will:
1. Engage in Social Work Activities
- Participate in community awareness
drives, educational camps, health programs, etc.
- Provide support in rural and
underserved areas.
2. Promote BSARM on Social Media
- Share official content and updates
regularly.
- Help grow digital outreach
organically.
3. Support Fundraising Campaigns
- Participate in donation drives and
awareness programs.
- Refer potential sponsors or
contributors.
4. Participate in Area Visits
- Members may be asked to visit
different project locations across India.
5. Maintain Active Involvement
- Inactivity for 6 consecutive months
may lead to deactivation of membership.
Support
from BSARM to Members
Minimum Expenses Reimbursement: Travel and logistical costs for official activities will be reimbursed upon task completion and approval.
Recognition & Certificates: Active members will receive recognition,
appreciation certificates, and special acknowledgments during NGO events.
Training and Orientation: Selected members will receive basic training and
orientation for smooth conduction of tasks.
Refund
& Cancellation Policy
- Membership cancellation
requests will only be entertained within four month from the date of
enrollment.
- On approval, 100% of the membership fee will be refunded to the original
payment method (within 45 days).
- Cancellation must be submitted via email with subject line: "Membership
Cancellation Request – [Your Name]"
Application
Process
1. Fill the Online Membership
Form at:

2. Choose your membership type and pay the corresponding fee.
3. Await confirmation and welcome kit within 7 working days.
4. Start contributing to nation-building through BSARM.
